All products are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, weekends and holidays exempt of course. Orders received before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time are usually shipped the same day.

All products are shipped US Mail, Priority Mail and should be delivered within 2 - 4 days after product is shipped.  Tracking numbers are provided upon request.  Please contact us at sales@slide-ezzz.com to receive a tracking number should you feel your package is lost.

We will contact you should your product NOT ship in the specified time to give you an approximate shipping time, should that product be on back order, etc.
